What this job involves: As a Project Manager, Relocation at JLL, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of moves and relocations for our clients. This dynamic role requires strong leadership skills as you'll lead a team of move coordinators and support staff while collaborating with diverse stakeholders to execute seamless transitions. You'll be accountable for planning, organizing, and executing relocation projects that meet client requirements while staying within budget and schedule constraints. Your expertise in change management, communication, and vendor coordination will ensure successful outcomes and exceptional client satisfaction. In this position, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams, applying industry best practices and developing comprehensive relocation strategies that align with JLL's commitment to excellence. What your day-to-day will look like: Leading and managing the moves team, providing guidance, support, and coaching as needed Planning and organizing relocations, including creating project plans, budgets, and schedules Coordinating activities with property management, facilities management, and all involved parties Developing and maintaining accurate and complete project documentation Ensuring compliance with client requirements, company policies, and procedures Acting as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns related to moves Collaborating with internal teams to align move activities with overall project plans Overseeing vendor selection and procurement processes for cost-effective, quality services Conducting regular stakeholder meetings to review progress and address any issues Coordinating and managing relocation communications and change management plans Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in project management, construction management, architecture, or communications 3-5 years of practical experience in a similar role, preferably within the corporate real estate industry Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a focus on delivering projects on time and within budget Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients and stakeholders at all levels Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite Knowledge of move management best practices and industry standards Familiarity with architectural drawings and furniture and space planning concepts Preferred Qualifications: Project management certification (PMP) or Change Management certification (Prosci CCP or LaMarsh CMCP) Experience with move management software or facilities management systems Understanding of construction processes and the commercial real estate industry Previous experience managing large-scale corporate relocations Knowledge of furniture systems and office equipment logistics Location: Remote Chicago, IL, Los Angeles, CA Estimated total compensation for this position: $65,000.00

$95,000.00 USD per year The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed.
