Program, configure, and commission enterprise-level security platforms, including Lenel OnGuard, Genetec Security Center, Milestone, Avigilon Unity, Avigilon Alta, Brivo, Eagle Eye, and ACRE. Integrate access control, video surveillance, and intrusion detection systems, ensuring optimal functionality and interoperability. Work closely with project managers, field technicians, and clients to define system requirements, deliverables, and timelines. Provide remote and onsite technical support, troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network-related security system issues. Conduct system testing, quality checks, and final acceptance walkthroughs with clients. Maintain detailed documentation, including programming records, network configurations, and as-built drawings. Collaborate with engineering teams to design and validate security system layouts and network architecture. Train end-users and internal teams on system functionality and administration. Stay current with security technology trends, software updates, and emerging solutions. Ensure compliance with company standards, security best practices, and industry regulations (UL, NDAA, etc.). Perform other duties as required, adapting to evolving technologies and client needs. What You Will Need to be Successful

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent technical experience. 5+ years of hands-on experience programming and commissioning enterprise-level security systems (Access Control, CCTV, and Intrusion). Strong expertise in one or more of the following platforms: Lenel OnGuard (certification preferred), Genetec Security Center, Milestone XProtect, Avigilon Control Center (ACC), Brivo, Eagle Eye, ACRE Knowledge of networking principles, IP addressing, VLANs, and cybersecurity best practices. Experience with SQL databases, Windows Server environments, and system integrations via APIs or SDKs is a plus. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and network schematics. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose complex software and hardware issues. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with clients, technical teams, and project managers. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with low-voltage installation practices, system commissioning procedures, and construction environments. Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed. Preferred Skills & Certifications

Lenel Certified Professional, Genetec Technical Certification, Milestone Certified Engineer, or similar vendor certifications. Knowledge of PSIM (Physical Security Information Management) platforms or cloud-based security solutions. Experience with integrating security systems with IT infrastructure and third-party applications.
