Material Handler (Forklift Experience Required)
Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Material Handler to join their team. As a Material Handler, you will be part of the operations department supporting daily logistics and inventory management. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset which will align successfully in the organization. Location: Kentwood, MI Pay Range: $16.00 per hour Shift: 1st Shift | MondayFriday | 7:00 AM
3:00 PM What's the Job? Operate a forklift to transport materials and products throughout the facility. Load/unload trucks and maintain accurate records of materials handled. Supply materials to production areas as needed. Ensure warehouse and staging areas remain clean and organized. Use scanners or documentation to track inventory and material movement. What's Needed? Previous forklift experience required. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods. Good attention to detail and strong work ethic. Dependable with a positive attitude and team-oriented mindset. Prior experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting is a plus. What's in it for me?
