Inpatient Therapy PRN Status Day Shift Pay Range: 32.83 - 49.25 / hour Summary This position evaluates plans and implements treatment programs for the rehabilitation of patients as directed by a provider using approved treatment procedures. Provides patient/family education. Participates in family conferences. Responsible for all necessary documentation as required by accepted medical guidelines. The Occupational Therapist works under the supervision of the Director and is employed by Mosaic Health System. Duties Evaluates patients referred by providers. Plans a treatment program using appropriate treatment procedures that will best accomplish the established goals. Implements the treatment program using approved procedures. Documents treatment procedures and the patients response to them on a regular basis. Responsible for treatment procedures documentation and supervision of occupational therapy assistants occupational therapy students and Rehab Aide. Qualifications Graduate of accredited occupational therapy school with Bachelor of Science/ARTS. Licensure in the State of Missouri. BLS certification required within 90 days.
