Training Leader
Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Leader with experience in training and development, to lead our training initiatives and foster a culture of excellence and growth within our organization. The Training Leader will be responsible for maintaining and managing comprehensive training programs for our employees, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills needed to deliver exceptional service and uphold Chick-fil-A values. Responsibilities: Develop and execute training strategies that align with Chick-fil-A goals and values. Help create training materials, including manuals, presentations, videos, and online resources. Conduct training sessions for new hires and ongoing development for existing employees. Collaborate with department heads and management to assess training needs and identify areas for improvement. Monitor employee performance and provide coaching and feedback to enhance their skills and performance. Stay informed about industry best practices and incorporate the latest training methodologies into the programs. Ensure consistency and standardization of training practices across multiple locations. Manage and lead a team of trainers and facilitators, providing guidance and support to achieve training objectives. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make continuous improvements to enhance their impact. Work in operations between 10-15 hours per week. Qualifications: Experience as a Training Leader or in a similar leadership role. Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills. Ability to motivate and inspire individuals and teams to achieve their full potential. Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Compensation: Your hourly pay could range from $17-$20.
