Deliver cutting-edge, high-quality psychotherapy tailored to the diverse needs of students Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify individual challenges and strengths Design and implement individualized therapy plans, including individual, couples, and family therapy sessions Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, integrating non-physician providers for comprehensive psychiatric care Document patient encounters accurately and promptly to maintain continuity and quality of care Continuously evaluate and adjust treatment plans, practicing advanced psychotherapeutic modalities with a focus on childhood disorders Minimum Qualifications
Master's Degree in Social or Behavioral Sciences from an accredited institution Current Texas License as LCSW, LPC, and/or LMFT Bilingual or Spanish-speaking candidates are highly preferred to enhance accessibility and service quality A minimum of 2 years of experience in psychotherapy, demonstrating innovation and empathy in therapeutic practice About Legacy Community Health
