Seasonal Prepack Associate
Catbird is looking for temporary, full-time Seasonal Prepack Associates to join us for the holiday season with open availability September through December. Hours will vary - weekends will be required. Compensation is $18/hr. About Catbird In over 21 years in business, Catbird has become an icon, the ultimate destination for gifts and jewelry. Both our stores and website are filled with a carefully curated selection of designers, including our in-house line of jewelry. Our Catbird line is made in our Brooklyn studio and with a few trusted partners, using ethically sourced materials and conflict-free stones. Handles delicate products for labeling and packaging, ensuring labeling and quantity accuracy Keep a clean and organized work station; replenish stock supplies as needed Maintains focus and standard productivity level during prep work Occasionally inspects product for quality issues Replenish stock from overstock locations into pick bins Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions Ad hoc general warehouse support Replenish inventory from back stock Adhere to our seasonal time and attendance policy and behavioral policy Our Ideal Candidate
The employee is required to sit for 75% of their shift; will need to use hands during the entire shift to handle product and for reaching Must be able to work independently Detail-oriented, with the ability and patience to work with small, delicate items Warehouse experience and/or jewelry knowledge is a plus!
