Position Summary: We are looking for an experienced Transmission Builder to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for the reassembly of automatic transmissions for domestic vehicle brands such as Chevy, Dodge, and Ford. You will play a critical part in our remanufacturing process, ensuring each unit is built to precise specifications and tested for long-term performance and reliability. This is an ideal position for someone who takes pride in their work, values consistency and excellence, and thrives in a hands-on role where mechanical skill and precision matter. This position is paid at a piece rate, and our builders earn between $60,000 and $100,000 annually.
