The Manager, Account Management will lead a small team (3-5 reps) focused on expanding and renewing business with existing customers spending under $100K annually. Your team will own the full sales cycle with these customersidentifying new use cases, expanding product adoption, and ensuring timely renewals. You will be responsible for coaching and developing your team, removing roadblocks, and driving a strong cadence of forecast accuracy and execution. This is an ideal next step for a top-performing individual contributor with 1-2 years of sales management experience who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. What you will be responsible for: Lead and coach a team of Account Managers responsible for renewals and expansion across a portfolio of emerging accounts. Establish monthly and quarterly goals, pipeline targets, and territory plans to drive retention and incremental growth. Partner with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product to deliver tailored messaging and drive customer value realization. Conduct regular pipeline and forecast reviews to ensure accuracy and execution discipline. Support reps in developing and negotiating expansion and renewal deals, including identifying upsell opportunities. Model strong value-based selling practices, including use of MEDDICC or similar frameworks. Use data to identify trends, prioritize activities, and improve conversion rates across the team. Recruit, onboard, and develop future talent for the team as we grow. Required Skills: 35 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales within a B2B SaaS environment. Previous experience managing or mentoring team members, or readiness to step into a first-time leadership role. Knowledge of the cybersecurity industry and challenges faced by SMBs is a plus. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach. Comfortable working with data to assess performance, identify risks/opportunities, and guide team priorities. Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Gainsight, HubSpot) and SaaS metrics. Highly organized and adaptable, able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
