The Associate Director will assess, develop, and lead electrophysiology (EP) Fellows educational strategy to enhance and optimize focus on our EP Fellows Program, inclusive of AFib solutions and Cardiac Rhythm Management & Diagnostics (CRMDx) products and therapies. You will identify, implement, and support training courses to build early knowledge, develop proficiency, and enable confidence in our Rhythm Solutions portfolio. As an Associate Director, you are required to deliver innovative education & training programs to EP Fellows across a variety of platforms to create accessibility to educational content, including in-person, virtual, digital, and mobile. Your role requires you to investigate and analyze ongoing training needs to develop training plans and programs that meet the changing needs and priorities of the business, while partnering with internal stakeholders and leadership. The Associate Director will lead the EP Fellows team to engage fellowship program directors and faculty through collaborative partnerships to enhance educational initiatives, inform curriculum & content, innovate skills training capabilities, and advance the safe and effective application of our therapies. Work Mode: This is a remote position up to 75% travel required. We will consider qualified candidates from any location in the United States. Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Develop the educational strategy across didactic and skills based/hands-on programs. Collaborate with internal, cross functional teams to plan and implement high quality EP Fellows education & training, aligned with EP and CRMDx franchise priorities. Embed in assigned academic centers in a player/coach role. Assist with training through participation in hands-on skills training, conferences, Boston Scientific sponsored programs, and 3rd party grant supported forums. Identify key opinion leaders, including emerging leaders, expert educators, and established academicians who can deliver the defined curriculum as well as provide technical and clinical insight with real-world applications. Develop approach, scope, and methodology of training to maximize impact by determining target audience, timing, location, and other applicable factors. Drive collaborative relationships with clinical, medical, R&D, compliance, and commercial partners. Lead in identifying measurements of success and continuous improvement, program effectiveness, and ensuring overall stakeholder satisfaction. Provide direct leadership and professional growth of team members through guidance, coaching, and development. Required Qualifications:

Minimum bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Minimum of 8 years relevant experience in the medical device industry or 5 years with an advanced degree. Ability to develop relationships and collaborate with physician customers, cross functional partners, and field teams. Experience in assessing and developing educational strategies to build technical proficiency and support technology adoption of legacy and new product launches. Strong leadership skills, people management, and program management experience. Ability to travel up to 75% domestically, as dictated by business needs. Preferred Qualifications:

Strong understanding of electrophysiology principles, procedures, and technologies. Proven experience working with academic institutions with Fellows programs. Ability to develop new processes and adjust practices as needed to meet business or team needs. Previous experience in medical device education, product marketing, field clinical engineering, or other customer-facing roles.
