Responsibilities: Answer all direct incoming calls. Assist walk-in customers and check them in. Handle billing (DOCKLINK, SAGE PO's, etc) Input PO's for procurement. Order supplies for the office and operations team, manage inventories, and ensure the area is organized and well-maintained. Make sure that at the end of each day, conference rooms are ready for the next day, printers have paper, turn off all split units & lock the bathrooms & kitchen. Perform general office tasks such as email management, document scanning, uploading, and report handling. Create, edit, and format documents, reports, and spreadsheets. Communicate effectively with team members. Participate in problem-solving with teams to improve safety, quality, and productivity. Use specialized printing equipment to print posters. Assist with trainings (annual, etc) Preparation the day before Room, paperwork, etc. Organize office activities Assist with activity orders, picking up and setting up Physical Requirements: Office work: 70%. Walking and standing: 30%. Lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 50 pounds. Working Conditions: Indoor work: 80% of the time, subject to changes based on projects and season. Outdoor work: 20% of the time, subject to changes based on projects and season. Ability to work in temperatures up to 100 degrees. Variable schedules with, normally 7:30am

5pm Qualifications, Education, and/or Training: High school diploma or equivalent Customer Service Experience Basic orientation and safety at Costa Farms (training during the position). Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint). Effective communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility in schedules based on seasons. Ability to pivot and handle various tasks at once (multitasking). Time Management proficiency is key for this role. We are a service department, excellent communication and attitude is key. Valid driver's license. All applicants must be work-authorized. Costa Farms will not sponsor any visa for this position.
