Accurate processing of accounts and incoming payments Prepare and send invoices to clients Maintain compliance with financial policies and procedures Generate financial statements and reports clearly detailing accounts receivable status Reliably executing the timely sending of bill reminders and contacting clients to facilitate payment of invoices due Research and resolve account discrepancies Draft correspondence for standard past-due accounts and collections, identifies delinquent accounts by reviewing files, and contacts delinquent accountholders to request payment Requirements: 2+ years of Accounts Receivable experience Proven ability to collect payments in a positive, professional, yet firm manner Strong math, typing, and computer skills, especially with bookkeeping software High level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability Ability to build relationships with clients and internal departments. Excellent communication, research, problem-solving, and time management skills Problem solving skills to ensure the resolution of any client's billing issues Work Schedule: PART-TIME; Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday 8:30AM - 5:00PM Compensation: $20.00 per hour
