Chemical Product Formulation Specialist
Formulation of chemical products for customers on a daily basis. Develop the formulation testing, application testing, and overall processes to develop the formulas for customers. Work with customers to scope out projects and what kind of product/application they need. Work with vendors and suppliers to get materials for formulation projects, pricing, etc. Manage the daily and weekly workload and projects that need to get done including managing deadlines, lab safety, cleanliness in the lab, etc. Supervise two chemists along with training, coaching, etc. Act as the technical lead for the coatings, adhesives, sealants, and elastomers.
