POSITION OVERVIEW We're looking for a skilled and strategic leader to head up the maintenance operations for our robotics systems. This individual will play a key role in designing scalable processes, refining documentation standards, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring our automation infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical acumen, leadership experience, and a passion for continuous improvement, helping shape a high-performing robotics maintenance organization. What You'll Do
Design and optimize maintenance workflows to drive operational efficiency Define and enforce best practices for repair documentation and maintenance procedures Implement and manage systems for tracking maintenance activities and performance metrics Build and sustain relationships with external vendors and parts suppliers Lead, mentor, and develop a team of skilled maintenance technicians Oversee quality assurance processes and ensure alignment with safety protocols Manage budget and allocation of maintenance resources and spare parts Use data insights to guide preventive maintenance initiatives and reduce equipment downtime What You Bring
Professional fluency in Mandarin Minimum 3 years working within robotics, automation, or advanced manufacturing environments At least 5 years of hands-on experience with system maintenance, repair, and modifications Proven leadership in building or managing robotic maintenance operations Proficient with CMMS platforms and maintenance tracking tools Experience with organizing parts inventory and coordinating orders Strong multitasking ability and readiness to step into multiple roles as needed Skilled at prioritizing tasks to maximize operational productivity Experienced in developing diagnostic and testing protocols in partnership with suppliers Solid understanding of validation procedures and repair process implementation Strong project management background and cross-team coordination experience Bonus If You Have
Six Sigma certification or formal process improvement training Experience analyzing maintenance data and building dashboards or visual reports Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and compliance practices Background in PLC programming Experience using project management tools such as Asana or similar platforms Core Competencies
Deep understanding of mechatronic systems Excellent analytical and troubleshooting capabilities Strong communication and technical writing skills Ability to manage external vendor partnerships effectively Proficient in maintenance monitoring systems and performance tracking Confident leadership and team-building capabilities Project management expertise with attention to detail and timelines Salary Range: $125,000-140,000 The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
