Human Services
and a passion for supporting individuals on their mental health journey, keep reading

Plan and lead engaging therapeutic group activities (think art, music, games, mindfulness, movement, and more).
Customize daily activity calendars to meet the emotional, social, and cognitive needs of patients.
Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and case managers to support holistic treatment plans.
Bring energy, empathy, and structure to every session
you're the spark of the day!
Encourage participation, laughter, and positive social interaction.
Keep records of participation and progress (aka: track the magic you create).
What You Bring:
A degree in
Human Services
(or related field like Psychology, Social Work, or Recreational Therapy).
Experience working in behavioral health, social services, or human-centered environments is a big plus.
Creativity, patience, strong communication skills, and the ability to adapt activities for diverse needs.
