Position Overview
As a Staff Accountant, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and contributing to the company's financial health. This is a hybrid role based in Boston, offering the unique opportunity to earn equity in a high-growth company. Key Responsibilities
Assist with month-end and year-end close processes Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements Support audits and ensure compliance with GAAP Maintain and update general ledger accounts Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and analysis Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 3+ years of accounting experience (public accounting or private equity-backed company experience a plus) Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, or similar) Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment What We Offer
