We are seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our team and drive new business growth. What You'll Do: Identify & Prospect
Develop and implement strategies to generate new business through cold calling, networking, and industry outreach. Consultative Sales
Understand client needs and propose custom signage, printing, and marketing solutions that align with their business goals. Account Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction. Sales Presentations
Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals to decision-makers in various industries. Market Research
Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and new sales opportunities. Collaborate with Team
Work closely with production, customer service, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of projects. What We're Looking For: 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in printing, signage, or B2B services. Proven ability to close deals and meet/exceed sales targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Experience using CRM software (PrintSpeak preferred but not required). Basic understanding of marketing and branding solutions is a plus. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits. Why Join Us?
