Bridges Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Healthcare Reporting Analyst for our Information Technology Department $70 to $85k commensurate of skills and experience Full time/35 hour work week Benefits for the positions include: Competitive pay commensurate with experience Medical and Dental with significant employer contribution to the premiums and HSA (if chosen as your plan) 403(b) with a generous employer contribution Employer-Paid Life Insurance Paid Vacation with 22 days to start, paid personal days, paid sick time, paid winter holiday break days, plus 11 paid holidays Purpose and Position Overview To gather and analyze clinical and financial data from multiple sources and other systems to extract trends and create reports to enhance business and clinical insight. Duties and Responsibilities Create and maintain reports using Pentaho and SQL Create and maintain dashboards for data visualization and analysis Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity by implementing data quality checks and procedures Design, implement, and support ETL (extracting, loading, transforming) processes, reports, dashboards, and visualizations to meet business needs Prepare timely and accurate regulatory & compliance reports in accordance with prescribed guidelines and standards. Identify technical issues related to reporting and data integration Design and produce regular and ad hoc reports and dashboards for leadership, clinical teams, and operational staff. Work with IT, clinical, and administrative teams to ensure data integration and data governance best practices. Collaborate with business users and cross-functional teams to understand reporting and analytical needs, translating them into technical requirements Troubleshoot reported problems pertaining to reports and the reporting database environment, identifying the cause and designing or developing an approach for resolution Works closely with end users to identify data discrepancies Perform any other department or agency-related duties or special projects as directed by manager Qualifications and Competencies BA/BS in Business, Health Informatics, Information Technology, preferred; Will consider quantitative career experience Strong proficiency using data analysis tools such as SQL, Pentaho, Python Proven ability using ETL process 24 years of healthcare data analysis or similar analytical experience. Experience in behavioral health a plus Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), with a strong emphasis on Excel Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills. High attention to detail and data integrity. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present technical information clearly. Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Time management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
