Facilities Technician/Laborer
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM (Weekends as needed) Do you love working outdoors, caring for animals, and keeping things running smoothly? Join our team and take pride in maintaining a beautiful, functional campus and farm that makes a difference every day. What You'll Do: Care for Animals
– Feed, water, and clean animals, stalls, and pens (as needed)
Maintain the Grounds
– Landscaping, tree trimming, watering flowers and bushes
Operate Equipment
– Snow plow, bobcat, end loader, backhoe, skid steer, fork lift
Support Events
– Set up and tear down special event equipment
Tackle Seasonal Work
– Snow removal, lawn upkeep, and more
Pitch In Where Needed
– Furniture moves, general maintenance, and other duties to keep our campus in top shape
What You Bring: High school diploma (or equivalent)
At least 21 years of age with a
good driving record
Experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping equipment, animal care (though not required)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in
all weather conditions
Comfort operating various machinery and vehicles
A great attitude, team spirit, and the ability to work independently when needed
