Customer Solution Sr Specialist
SAP America, Inc. seeks a Customer Solution Sr Specialist at our Newtown Square, PA location to engage with prominent cloud customers/partners in the market space and provide support to the delivery ecosystem of SAP and our partners with technical and implementation expertise, knowledge enablement, implementation coaching, guidance, and feedback. The role involves: Accompanying cloud customers and partners with their implementation projects from launch until go-live to contribute to the continuous improvement of SAP cloud products and services. Pro-actively anticipating the needs and requirements of customers and partners and recommending improvements to our internal stakeholders regarding the product for future releases. Exploring new and upcoming SAP cloud solutions and scenarios, anticipating any need for engagement and support in upcoming implementation projects. Fostering a collaborative learning culture of enablement and development more junior team members. Collaborating closely with all internal and external stakeholders within the region and globally such as strategic customers, partners, Product Management, Engineering, Customer Success, Support, Professional Services, engagement executives, customer officers, and sales. Education and occupational experience: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field of study and six (6) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation. Alternatively, a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field of study and four (4) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Qualifications/skills and competencies experience: Experience must involve four (4) years in the following: Overseeing critical business down situations and escalations for worldwide customers by delivering remote/onsite services. Analyzing memory allocation, identifying and reducing CPU bottleneck in SAP ABAP system, ABAP program performance tuning and code optimization or in similar ERP systems, and SQL queries optimization for Oracle and DB6 database or for similar databases. SAP CRM and ICP tools. Overseeing client/customer engagements either in sales/pre-sales, consulting, hosting or digital business services support environment. Identifying and collecting recurring customer experience pain points and driving them to solutions. Experience must involve two (2) years in the following: IaaS offerings and architectural layers. The targeted combined range for this position is $125,611 - $205,200. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
