At The Knot Worldwide, we champion celebration - and that starts with celebrating our people. Our employees are passionate dreamers, thoughtful doers, and lifelong learners who power meaningful moments for millions around the world. We're united by authentic connection, shared purpose, and a deep commitment to the global community we serve. Here, flexibility and belonging go hand in hand with high performance. We believe the best ideas come from empowered teams: those who consistently collaborate with intention to design solutions, spark ideas, and drive impact. We inspire, we build, and we celebrate. We dream big, love our users, hustle every day, and always do the right thing to win - together. The Strategic Finance & Business Insights team at The Knot Worldwide is a high-impact, tech-forward group that empowers leadership and cross-functional stakeholders with data-driven insights to accelerate decision-making. We integrate finance, data, and automation to fuel investment, growth, and operational excellence across our global brands. Join our collaborative team as we reimagine finance through self-service tooling, intelligent workflows, and modern reporting infrastructure. As our innovative and systems-minded Director/Senior Director, you'll be instrumental in architecting our next-generation finance intelligence platform. You'll create scalable solutions that simplify how we plan, forecast, and operate. As a foundational hire, you'll define our approach to BI tooling and automation from the ground up, building automated workflows, data pipelines, and dashboards to deliver crucial insights across the business. You'll partner closely with our Strategic Finance, Engineering, Accounting, Data, and Product teams, reporting directly to our Vice President of Strategic Finance & Business Insights. Key responsibilities include: Developing self-service dashboards and tools that provide the leadership team and other key stakeholders with scalable access to key company metrics. Collaborating with various teams to transform business requirements into technical solutions, ultimately leading to improved investment decisions and more accurate forecasting. Automating critical financial workflows. This work will power key insights for executive dashboards, cohort analysis, pacing, and supply/demand performance in our two-sided marketplace. Establishing and upholding high standards for data quality, metric governance, and documentation across all our finance data. Advocating for and driving the adoption of automation and AI tools within finance and leading the evaluation of new technologies to speed up our planning and reporting. Leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing team providing mentorship and clear direction to drive excellence and continuous improvement. Required skills/experience include: Proven hands-on experience with BI platforms (e.g., Qlik, Power BI, Tableau, Looker), particularly in designing scalable semantic layers and dashboards. 710 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics Engineering, FP&A Systems, or a blend of Data and Finance roles. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, enabling you to translate complex technical work into clear business outcomes and effectively influence non-technical stakeholders. A systems-thinking mindset and an entrepreneurial drive to build tools that scale effectively across global, cross-functional teams. A deep understanding of financial and operational metrics and experience partnering with Strategic Finance or FP&A teams. Work model: This role is Together@TKWW-eligible and based near one of our office hubs. Starting September 15, 2025, you'll be expected to work in the office two days a week as part of our hybrid work model. At The Knot Worldwide, we believe you are more than a resume and invite you to go for it, take the leap of faith, and apply for this job if it sparks your passion to join TKWW and make a difference! What we love about you: You dream big. You iterate and experiment to drive innovation. You love our users. You keep our global community at the center of everything you do. You do the right thing.
