Marketing Manager
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that drive lead generation, nurture business relationships, and support revenue growth across marketing channels. This role focuses on demand generation, content marketing, digital campaigns, account-based marketing (ABM), and sales enablement. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the B2B buyer journey and is skilled in aligning marketing efforts with complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute B2B and B2C marketing plans that support business development, account acquisition, and revenue goals for Arch and our clients. Define campaign goals, KPIs, target personas, and content strategy tailored to target audiences. Aligning with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure messaging and outreach support pipeline health. Demand Generation: Lead the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns (email, meta, paid search, LinkedIn, webinars, etc.) to generate qualified leads. Own the marketing funnel and continuously improve conversion rates through data-driven strategies. Content Marketing: Create or oversee the development of case studies, webinars, blog posts, solution sheets, and thought leadership for B2B buyers. Ensuring content supports the full sales cycle and aligns with customer pain points and industry trends. Collaborate with SMEs, product marketing, and content creators to deliver high-quality, relevant assets. Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Develop and manage ABM campaigns targeting high-value accounts or verticals. Partner with sales teams on personalization, outreach strategies, and co-branded materials. Digital & Event Marketing: Manage B2B and B2C website content, landing pages, and SEO strategies focused on lead capture and education. Plan and execute virtual and in-person events, trade shows, and industry conferences that support relationship building and thought leadership. Analytics & Reporting: Track and report on campaign performance, lead quality, and ROI; provide insights and optimization recommendations. Use tools like HubSpot or similar CRM/automation systems to monitor and optimize funnel activity. Qualifications: Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. 5+ years of B2B marketing experience or professional services company. Experience running integrated campaigns with measurable ROI in complex sales environments. Skills & Competencies: Deep understanding of the B2B buyer journey and long-lead sales cycles. Deep understanding of the B2C buyer journey and customer acquisition strategies. Proficient in marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Salesforce). Strong communication, project management, and analytical skills. The ability to translate technical or complex topics into compelling, value-driven content.
