Technical Infrastructure Program Manager

We are looking for a Technical Infrastructure Program Manager with expertise in electrical system design, construction/project management, inspection, testing, and maintenance to join Global Energy and Infrastructure's Electrical Engineering team. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual with a proven track record of designing & improving electrical systems by developing and scaling retrofit programs, demonstrates experience in conducting ROI assessments to evaluate project feasibility, prioritize initiatives, and drive strategic investments, has worked with cross functional teams to solve problems at scale and at a rapid pace, and has the ability to perform analysis on electrical systems in various ways (electrical testing analysis, protective relaying, power system design, short circuit analysis, commissioning, etc). Key Responsibilities: Travel up to 60% of the time Support deployment of critical electrical retrofits across NA Support, improve, develop, and execute electrical retrofit programs at warehouse locations Partner with Risk Management and other key stakeholders in changes to the electrical systems Perform detailed calculations to establish standards and specifications Inspect installations and observe operations to ensure compliance with design and equipment specifications and safety standards Support operations, construction, and other relevant departments with electrical subject matter expertise Conduct equipment failure investigation and provide mitigation solutions Build relationships with electric utilities in support of Category Management to alleviate worst actor grid performance Identify opportunity to invest in resilience via utility engagement, improvements internal to the facility, or tooling/guidance improvements for Field teams Develop and implement procedures for monitoring, diagnosing, and maintaining performance of assets Partner with Internal Audit, Risk Management, Safety, and/or Real Estate to review internal and external audit findings related to electrical and related risks, including building authority audits, insurance audits, and similar A day in the life: This role will become an immediate contributor to the Electrical Engineering resilience and reliability investment strategy across NA. Within these pillars, EE manages numerous programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, reliability based programs to move the needle for electrical power system reliability, and needle moving improvements to resilience to solve downtime impact from grid disturbance.
