Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift

North American Lighting (NAL) is looking for a Production Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will supervise and coordinate the activities of the departmental processes and personnel within the assigned manufacturing function. Your priorities include: supervising the process and all employees in the department, scheduling the workload for all employees in the department, ensuring manufacturing process in the department meets all production and quality requirements, performing recordkeeping for various aspects of the manufacturing process, as required, addressing all production emergencies and any requests from other department supervisors in a responsible and professional manner, and monitoring safety within the department on a continual basis, and holding monthly safety meetings with employees. Your background should include a high school diploma or GED, plus 5 years of manufacturing experience with 3 years in a supervisory or team lead role. An associate degree in a business or technical field related to manufacturing, and experience with JIT production system, TPM, and Kaizen implementation is preferred. Salary range: $58,000-$75,000.
