ROLE SUMMARY: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Business Partner to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving financial performance through monthly, annual, and ad-hoc analysis, collaborating with key stakeholders across the business, and supporting the commercial team in connecting financial results with business performance. Job Responsibilities
Monthly Cycle: Validate accounting data with BSC Analyze and review monthly P&L performance Conduct mix analysis and link financials to commercial activities Assist in preparation of monthly forecasts and performance reviews for leadership Annual Cycle (1YP): Assist in 1YP analysis and support 10YP/3YP business cycle planning Ad-Hoc Analysis: Support pricing initiatives and innovation P&L validation Assist in resource allocation and economic profit analysis JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or business-related field required. Three to four years of financial/analytical work experience, and preferably some FP&A related experience. Experience with MS Office Suite including advanced proficiency with Excel Preferable to have experience with Power BI Excellent analytical and problem solving skills Experience creating and delivering executive level presentations Ability to prioritize workload and deliverables to multiple stakeholders WHY ANHEUSER-BUSCH: Anheuser-Busch has always dreamed big.
