Talent Acquisition Specialist Sr.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist Sr. is responsible for full life cycle recruiting to support our IT organization. This role will also screen and recommend placement of staff by using creative sourcing methods (internal and external). With this role's greater level of experience, the Talent Acquisition Specialist Sr. can manage technical and non-technical exempt professional positions and management positions and other related responsibilities as assigned. This position requires the ability to work independently with minimal guidance. This role can also serve as a useful resource to other less seasoned Talent Acquisition employees. What You'll Do: Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for IT positions, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand departmental needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies. Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor practices to attract top talent and enhance the company's employer brand. Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process. Promote diversity in hiring practices and actively seek out underrepresented groups in the IT field. Track and report on recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and improve processes. What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree in human resource management or related field preferred; or equivalent years of experience. Five years' corporate experience in recruitment and placement of applicants in professional and management level exempt positions including 3 years of knowledge and experience working with electronic applicant systems and internet recruiting sources. Valid driver's license. Familiarity with IT roles and technologies, including software development, network administration, cybersecurity, and data analysis. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage candidates and collaborate effectively with internal teams. Strong analytical skills to assess candidate qualifications and recruitment strategies. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
