Job Position Description: With a 'One Team' mentality, you will perform services as assigned while following PuroClean production guidelines. Working to ensure all customer needs are met in a kind and sympathetic way, our project technicians assist their teams and supervisors with all aspects of restoration work on residential and commercial jobsites, as well as maintain vehicles, equipment, and assets of the business. Flexibility to work after hours, holidays, and on call when needed is also required. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis, willingness to learn and adapt under varying circumstances, and ability to follow instructions and make decisions are also necessary. Ability to use hand tools and electric tools safely and effectively, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, ability to multi-task and prioritize, experience using moisture meters, and ability to wear a full body suit, full face respirator and work in confined spaces and hot working environments with limited visibility on occasion are also required. IICRC/WTR certification is a plus. Bilingual is a plus. Responsibilities: Work safely in residential and commercial properties that have been damaged by fire, water, storm, and/or mold. Survey damage within the property. Cleaning process for both contents and structural damage. Demolition of structural damage to properties through the use of hand and power tools. Clean up assigned job sites after demolition. Perform initial site visits. Conduct moisture inspections. Set restoration equipment within guidelines. Complete notes of assigned jobs in our primary app (MICA). Contact the customer of assigned jobs with ETA. Take photos of jobs assigned at start, completion, and throughout the process. Responsible for maintaining assigned vehicles and equipment. Responsible for unloading and reloading assigned vehicles with equipment. Keep equipment clean and organized in the warehouse. Responsible for unloading trash in assigned areas. Responsible for recording your time and coding it to the job assigned. IICRC certifications (IICRC classes offered from time to time). Assist in the development of new hires through on the job training. Required Education and Experience: High School Diploma or GED required. Associate or bachelor's Degree is a plus. Customer Service experience required. Compensation: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour.
