Manage operations and supervise department personnel. Works with Chief Nursing Officer/Chief Operating Officer, Vice President, Administrative Director, Medical Director and staff to improve the quality of care, strengthen the financial performance and improve patient, physician and employee satisfaction. Makes patient safety a top priority. Works with the team to reduce waste and promote high value performance. Leads by example. This is a management position. Current California RN license Current CPR certification BSN or currently enrolled in BSN program. Five (5) years clinical experience in an acute care facility Two (2) years leadership experience. Minimum Salary
$130,790.00 Maximum Salary
$215,800.00
