Pay Rate/Range:
$14.50/hr + DOE
Description:
Working in a call center, providing guidance for customer and employee questions.
Will also order checks and help with electronic banking support, new and closed account reports, bill pay and online banking regulations.
Job Requirements:
Must have above average customer service skills, a patient and positive attitude, excellent phone skills , good attention to detail, good problem solving and organizational skills.
Experience with MS Excel, MS Word and previous banking experience required.

Shift/Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
