The Project Manager plays a key role in the planning and execution of commercial concrete construction projects, typically managing multiple projects simultaneously. This position is best suited for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings a proactive, solutions-focused approach to their work. Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Project Manager is responsible for leading project setup, maintaining thorough documentation, and collaborating with both office staff and construction field teams to ensure seamless execution. The ideal candidate has five years of experience in project or construction management, preferably within concrete or masonry. Lead the setup and planning of commercial concrete construction projects, ensuring alignment with project specifications and timelines Manage multiple active projects concurrently, balancing priorities and maintaining overall project flow Coordinate closely with construction field teams and office staff to support day-to-day execution Maintain organized and accurate documentation, drawings, and project files throughout the lifecycle of each project Attend and contribute to regular project manager meetings to ensure alignment across teams Oversee document control processes, including distribution and version management Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and keep projects on track Conduct occasional site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and maintain strong field coordination Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
5+ years of relevant project or construction management experience, with a preference for concrete or masonry-related work Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field strongly preferred Proficiency with construction management software, including Plexxis, Procore, and AutoCad a plus Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects and competing priorities Demonstrated excellence in project documentation, planning, and execution OSHA 30 certification is a plus Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with field teams, clients, and internal stakeholders Self-directed, highly dependable, and motivated to continuously improve systems and results Core Competencies
