School Certified School Nurse (CSN)
Middle School Age Group Sole Duties: IEPs and 504s Running the health office as well Should have more than enough time to complete IEPs but additionally provide service throughout the day Current CSN is working PT just doing records so they want someone very hands on and ready to help out CNA in health office to assist with records, transporting students, covering while CSN is on lunch, etc The Certified School Nurse (CSN) identifies and treats health conditions among students in the school setting. The CSN provides instruction for the student's general wellbeing and disease prevention. The Certified School Nurse must assess the student's physical condition in the school setting and refer the student to appropriate resources as needed to be successful in school.
