Client Performance Manager GL and Auto Experience Including Litigation
This position is dedicated to supporting the General Liability (GL) claims team, requiring specialized knowledge and experience in handling GL claims. The role involves ensuring quality and compliance specific to GL client service instructions, service and carrier expectations, reserves, and reporting standards. The successful candidate will: Monitor and analyze trends in General Liability claims, including bodily injury, property damage, and premises liability. Ensure accurate reserve practices and timely reporting tailored to GL exposures. Conduct audits and reviews with a focus on GL-specific claim handling practices and legal considerations. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex GL claim issues and ensure alignment with client expectations and industry best practices. Provide insights and recommendations to improve GL claim outcomes and reduce client exposure. Experience with General Liability claims management, litigation oversight, and familiarity with jurisdictional nuances is strongly preferred. Additional Functions and Responsibilities Performs other duties as assigned. Supports the organization's quality program(s). Qualifications Education & Licensing
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred. Experience
Eight (8) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required to include five (5) years of claims management and two (2) years of auditing experience. One (1) year of continuous service with the company is preferred. Skills & Knowledge Thorough knowledge of claims management practices and procedures Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills PC literate, including Microsoft Office products Leadership/management/motivational skills Analytical and interpretive skills Strong organizational skills Excellent interpersonal skills Excellent negotiation skills Ability to work in a team environment Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies Work Environment
