Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

What You'll Do: Provide comprehensive evaluation and treatment to residents with speech, language, voice, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help residents reach their highest level of function Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to support resident goals Document services accurately and timely in accordance with state and facility guidelines Educate residents, families, and staff on communication strategies and safe swallowing techniques What We're Looking For: Valid California SLP license or eligibility Skilled nursing or post-acute care experience preferred, but not required Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills Compassionate, team-oriented, and committed to resident-centered care Why Whitney Oaks?
