As a State College Ministry Coordinator at IFI, you'll play a pivotal role in enriching the lives of international students while growing personally and professionally. It ranks number 19 in the world according to UniRank 2021 and is one of the top 10 largest universities in the United States. There are more than 9,000 international students in State College, which ranks it in the top 15 for international student populations in the United States. This position is part of the State College ministry team and requires the candidate to live near the campus on which they will be serving. The State College Ministry Coordinator will: Campus Ministry Coordinate cultural activities and trips Participate in an outreach activity such as Bible discussion or friendship partnership Establish and maintain church partnerships Recruit, match and support volunteers Qualifications Needed: Adherence to IFI's statement of faith and core values Organization, attention to detail, and independence Self-motivation and teamwork Ability to work under stress and adaptability Strong interpersonal and technology skills Education/Experience Preferred: Bachelor's degree in education/ministry or relevant experience Cross-cultural experience IFI is an equal opportunity employer.
