We're looking for a motivated, early-career sales professional to join our fast-growing team as a Territory Sales Representative. You'll be the face of our company across a defined territory, expanding our presence in non-acute healthcare settings like long-term care facilities, senior living communities, retail and LTC pharmacies, outpatient clinics, physician offices, home health & hospice, and corrections. If you have 12 years of B2B or medical sales experience and are ready to break into healthcare with a company that puts patients first, this is your opportunity. What You'll Do

Drive Sales in Your Territory Identify and close new business opportunities Build strong, long-lasting customer relationships Educate physicians, pharmacists, and providers on clinical benefits and ROI Represent our company at trade shows and local events Own Your Accounts Manage your sales pipeline and forecast opportunities Keep CRM and customer notes up to date Submit accurate reports and expense logs on time Be a Trusted Partner Act as a resource to healthcare professionals, helping them solve real patient care challenges Work closely with internal cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service and support What We're Looking For

Education & Experience Bachelor's degree (preferred, but not required) 13 years of sales experience in: Medical sales (pharma, device, diagnostics) OR B2B sales with proven success and a desire to enter healthcare Clinical or healthcare experience (even in a non-sales role) is a plus You're a Great Fit If You Are: A self-starter who thrives in an independent, field-based role Resilient, competitive, and results-driven An excellent communicator and relationship builder Skilled at organizing your time and priorities Proficient with basic tech tools: Microsoft Office, CRM platforms Why Join Us?
