In this role, you'll help expand our reach by identifying new opportunities, nurturing leads, and supporting families during major life transitions through our senior relocation and estate services. Key Responsibilities Prospect & Qualify Leads Develop Referral Relationships Nurture Leads & Build Brand Awareness Support Marketing Initiatives Track Activity in CRM Compensation & Incentives Base Pay: $40,000 to $50,000 per annum Possible health insurance benefits Performance Bonuses Growth Potential What We're Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable making cold calls, following up consistently, and networking Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and positive attitude Familiarity with CRM tools and basic sales performance tracking Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a mission-driven team Previous sales or outreach experience is a plus Caring Transitions of Boca Raton, FL is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
