Get to Know Your Team: Hillcrest Hospital Claremore is a 49-bed acute care medical center offering a wide range of inpatient and outpatient services, including maternity, cardiology, emergency, orthopedics, alcohol withdrawal stabilization, gastroenterology, and surgery. Responsibilities
Perform general preventive maintenance and corrective repair of buildings, industrial systems, equipment and grounds Utilize several trades skills such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, heating and cooling Oversee and inspect the work of outside contractors Maintain lighting systems throughout the facility, clean fixture and replace lightbulbs and lamps Maintain grounds of facility or property performing such tasks as raking, sweeping, leaf blowing or snow removal Assist with installation and modification of building equipment systems. Assist with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems to include: plumbing systems, kitchen equipment, roofs, drains, shop, and HVAC Perform assigned day-to-day repairs, emergency and preventive maintenance. Complete maintenance and repair records as required Comply with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency and company directives related to building operations and work safety Qualifications
Job Requirements: High school diploma or GED 1-3 years of experience, specifically in a hospital setting, working within the maintenance department
