Senior Associate, Corporate Communications

The firm has more than 1,600 employees located in 40+ offices around the world. Responsibilities

Help develop strategic communications plans and campaigns on behalf of clients. Manage daily account work of producing and refining deliverables

including strategic plans, press releases, talking points, Q&A, briefing memos, distributed media materials, and others

and preparing Account Managers and Leaders for client engagements Assist in the development, management, and execution of long-term investor relations programs for clients Collaborate closely with client account leaders to provide daily logistical and strategic support to clients Draft and review corporate communications materials (i.e., press releases, earnings and other conference call scripts, corporate presentations, Q&A sheets, websites, and messaging documents) Conduct industry research and analysis, including peer monitoring and targeting analyses Develop client solutions while planning and prioritizing client activities to manage relationships effectively Support company-wide marketing materials and new business development initiatives Proactively identify issues that will impact clients; maintain news flow and earnings calendars as needed Manage the planning of conferences, Analyst/Investor Days, and other industry events Qualifications

5+ years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, media, investment banking, equity research, or investor relations Strong quantitative and analytical skills Proven written and face-to-face communication skills Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook) is required Project management skills with the ability to grasp the goal and scope of individual projects and a strong attention to detail Resourcefulness, team orientation, enthusiasm, and an entrepreneurial spirit Comfortable working under pressure in a dynamic environment; be able to adhere to strict deadlines and manage shifting priorities As a Teneo employee, you'll enjoy unique benefits including a flexible time off policy; medical, dental, and vision coverage; long-term disability, and life insurance; a 401K plan; commuter benefits; team events; snacks; and other perks. Total Compensation Package includes annualized bonus, 401k match, healthcare coverage and a broad range of additional benefits and rewards. Bonus Eligible: Yes. Flexible Work Policy: Hybrid. Teneo believes in in-person collaboration when possible and if you are assigned to the New York office, the company expectation is for employees to work from the office location a minimum of three times a week.
