Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist , you'll be a key contributor on our Shared Services team, helping to ensure accurate cash application and supporting the collections process to drive timely cash flow. Location: Indianapolis, IN

Castleton area (onsite daily) Schedule: Day Hours (example: 8a - 4p) Compensation: $19$24/hour (commensurate with experience and education) Job Type: Full-Time | Non-Exempt What You'll Do Post incoming cash to customer accounts and resolve unapplied payments Collaborate with collectors to support ongoing cash collection efforts Contact customers to facilitate payment on past due invoices Investigate and resolve customer issues related to overdue invoices Partner with Customer Service to address and resolve invoicing concerns Help reduce aging receivables and improve the overall collection cycle What We're Looking For Education:

Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred High School Diploma or GED plus 13 years of relevant experience will be considered

Skills & Experience:

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Ability to quickly learn and navigate accounting systems Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage meticulous records Strong verbal and written communication skills Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving work environment
