Materials Scheduler / Coordinator
Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing sector, is seeking a Materials Scheduler / Coordinator to join their team. As a Materials Scheduler / Coordinator, you will be part of the operations department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully in the organization. Location: Tempe, AZ Pay Rate: $28/hr What's the Job?
Oversee the forecasting, planning, scheduling, and workflow processes. Collaborate daily with operations, procurement, and logistics to meet and exceed customer expectations. Review order quantities and confirm inventory needs 13 weeks in advance by communicating the production schedule for each product. Analyze current and future material levels and finished goods inventory to plan production schedules for 216 weeks out. Assist production management in directing and managing assembly operations to prioritize production and ensure timely and cost-effective completion. What's Needed?
Experience with SAP ERP system or equivalent ERP systems. Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Project, Smartsheet). Strong communication skills in technical work environments. High accuracy, quality, and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects with changing priorities. What's in it for me?
