Air Cost Control ("A2C"), a subsidiary of HEICO, a leading aviation electrical interconnect product distribution company, is seeking an Executive Assistant / Receptionist that would be primarily responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties: Greet and welcome visitors and clients upon their arrival. Efficiently manage the check-in process, ensuring accurate information collection and issuance of visitor badges. Maintain a professional and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects the company's values. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries. Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, conference room reservations, food or beverages, as required, and travel reservations. Maintain and update visitor logs, databases, and records. Collaborate with team members to provide administrative support, such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents. Track and replenish general office supplies. Order and maintain inventory of company-logo apparel. Contribute to the overall office organization and cleanliness. Provide administrative support to Managing Director. Handle expense reports for Managing Director utilizing Concur. Assist Accounts Payable with cash applications: posting payments received from banks, handle collections on smaller accounts.
