As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you will play a crucial role in our mission to help enable people to live their lives to the fullest. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely. However, candidates must reside in the Eastern or Central Time Zones (EST/CST) to ensure alignment with team collaboration and business hours. Preference will be given to candidates based near White Plains, NY, to support occasional in-person meetings or on-site collaboration at our corporate office. The FP&A Analyst will report to the Sr Director of Finance Operations and will support core FP&A functions. This role will be a part of a fast-paced, results driven environment that fosters employee growth and career development. Your responsibilities will include: Creating financial analysis reports and models Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives Executing month-end activities related to close consolidation and forecasting Collaborating with business partners and FP&A teams to develop and inform regular financial forecasts Ensuring accuracy of corporate overhead reporting and analysis Running bi-weekly/monthly/quarterly bonus calculations Helping automate and improve processes to support a scaling business Assisting with other ad-hoc analytics, projects, and requests To excel in this role, you should possess: 1-3 years of Finance experience required Minimum BS/BA in a business-related field (finance/accounting) Healthcare experience preferred, but not required Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required; Adaptive/SQL/VBA/Python/Power BI are a bonus Ability to analyze business trends and be able to successfully present them in a meaningful and articulate fashion Proven analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and quantitative abilities Ownership/results/accountability-oriented, able to overcome obstacles Excellent communication skills Self-motivated with the willingness and commitment to exceed expectations, learn and professionally grow Ability to manage multiple tasks and assignments in a changing environment with competing projects Why Choose Ivy?
