Program Manager, Sales Enablement Reports to: Manager, Sales Enablement

YOUR ROLE
We're looking for a Program Manager, Sales Enablement who's passionate about driving performance, scaling learning, and making a measurable impact. In this role, you'll lead high-visibility projects that shape how our global sales teams learn, grow, and win. If you thrive at the intersection of strategy, execution, and collaboration-this role is for you.
What You'll Be Doing
Project Leadership
•Design and manage global enablement programs that align with business goals.
•Deliver engaging, scalable training experiences that drive adoption and performance
•Use modern project management tools and techniques to ensure flawless execution.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
•Partner with Sales, Product, and Marketing to build impactful training content and certification programs. •Work closely with Sales Leadership to identify skill gaps and develop targeted learning strategies.
•Collaborate with teams to continuously improve the enablement experience.
Program Delivery
•Facilitate live and virtual training sessions that energize and empower sellers
•Maintain and update learning documentation and resources
•Coordinate logistics, scheduling, and communications for enablement initiatives
Performance and Impact
•Define and track KPIs to measure program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
•Provide insights and recommendations to enhance sales productivity.
•Support the tools and systems that enable our teams to sell smarter and faster.
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
You bring a unique blend of technical acumen, instructional design, and business savvy. You're comfortable facilitating workshops, coaching sales professionals, and managing complex programs from concept to execution.
Core Competencies & Success Factors
•Proven success designing and running enablement programs with measurable outcomes.
•Experience transforming marketing or product content into engaging learning formats.
•Expertise in blended and active learning instructional design.
•Expertise in using Enablement Platforms such as Highspot or Seismic.
•Skilled in Instructional Design and AI Enablement Tools
•Strong relationship builder with the ability to manage conflict and influence stakeholders.
What You Bring
•4-6+ years of experience in sales enablement, program management, education or sales
•Deep understanding of sales enablement, sales methodologies, and the sales process
•Familiarity with leading sales methodologies (e.g., ValueSelling, MEDDICC/MEDDPICC, Sandler).
•Ability to quickly grasp complex business models and translate them into effective learning strategies.
•Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging audiences at all levels.
•Experience working with global, cross-functional teams.
•Experience planning and executing events such as Sales Kickoff (SKO) or similar large-scale sales initiatives.
