Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision offered after qualification period Competitive performance bonuses - potential for up to $600 monthly 401k with match offered after qualification period Employee discounts at Hilton Hotels worldwide Washington State Paid Sick Leave Vacation time accrued based on hours worked Overtime pay for holidays worked - 10 holidays per year Free parking Job Description - Front Desk: Greets and completes standard check-in procedures for arriving guests daily, using both manual and computerized methods ensuring guest satisfaction Courteously answers inquiries and accepts reservations, in person, through email and telephone calls, and help guests with directions and area activities Controls and records financial transactions at the front desk Maintains good customer relations by staying informed of all in-house and area functions in order to answer questions and concerns with timely and knowledgeable responses, in person and on telephone Maintains a friendly, cheerful, and courteous demeanor at all times Performs other duties as assigned, requested, or deemed necessary by management Contributes and maintains established information and communication sources such as department and front desk log books to enhance department communications and operations Aids other associates and departments to contribute to the best overall performance of the department and the hotel Ensure safety by following the safety and sanitation procedures and reporting suspicious activity to management Job Duties - Driver: Escort arriving and departing guests to and from accommodations Valid driver's license and clean driving record are required Assist guests with luggage and other belongings Maintain safe transportation environment for all guests Operate vehicle in accordance with all local, state, and federal traffic laws Maintain shuttle cleanliness and daily safety reports Track and maintain all vehicle preventative maintenance Report any vehicle malfunctions in a timely manner Helping in housekeeping and houseman duties when there are not any driving requests Preferred Skills: Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Ability to type 40+wpm Able to learn new web applications Previous customer service experience preferred Strong work ethic Able to stand for extended periods of time Able to lift up to 20 lbs. Hotel experience a plus, particularly with Hilton's Property Engagement Platform Must be able to work weekends and holidays
