Reporting to the VP, Total Rewards & HR Operations, the Manager of HR Operations & HRIS will be responsible for overseeing several key HR functions, including HRIS, HR Operations, reporting, compliance, employee data integrity, and other initiatives, as required. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated HR operations competence to support a dynamic, diverse organization. Responsibilities: Provide functional and technical leadership in the support of HRIS systems. Drive innovation and process improvement to support long-term success Provide technical support to HR staff and other end users of the HRIS system. Partner to analyze data trends and develop action plans to support process change and stakeholder education Develop and implement a multi-year plan for the evolution of HR operations/HRIS elements Ensure high quality HR transactional data management. Owns employee data and accuracy locally Develop and sustain appropriate controls for information, files, data, etc. Improve the overall employee experience by strengthening the operational foundation for the business Set the operational rhythms and service delivery standards, as well as ensure they are consistently met or exceeded by the team Working Relationships: All levels of management across the organization Requirements: Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience Minimum Experience: Strong background in Employee Data Administration and HRIS Preferred Experience: At least three years of leadership/management experience in Human Resources Operations for a multi-state organization with 5,000+ employees. Working knowledge of HR systems (UKG preferred), applications and lean process improvement strategies (e.g., six sigma techniques) Licenses/Certifications: N/A Soft Skills: Strong technical background and experience working with large data sets and databases Excellent time management skills and ability to plan and set priorities Excellent customer service, communication and problem-solving skills Ability to successfully mentor a team Physical Requirement: Ability to stand/walk/ sit as needed during work day Additional Info: At EG America, it's important that our employees reflect the world we live in and the communities we serve.
