Content Production Coordinator

The Opportunity Reporting to the Senior Manager of Content Production, the Content Production Coordinator will coordinate production in our studios. You will monitor, manage and handle production and logistics related functions of a wide range of creative projects, including photo/video productions, experiential activations & designs, digital & print design. You'll be one of the voices behind an unapologetically fun, engaging and original brand. You will work closely with our teams - you'll translate strategic concepts into effective messaging that resonates with shoppers and helps them discover what makes them happy. Your Impact Coordinate the content production activities including creating call sheets, scheduling on-call team members, product consignment, model/talent booking, invoicing, and studio scheduling and logistics. Maintain contact with internal departments to understand company priorities, project timelines, project scope, scheduling concerns, and any requests for additional information or materials, when required. Monitor if information is up-to-date & projects are. Facilitate photo/video production from start to finish which includes attending platform meetings, pre-production meetings, and production team meetings. Review creative requests for accuracy and all information needed for production. Assist with adhering to complex schedules for multiple projects within strict time constraints. Assist with on-set production. This can include, but is not limited to staging, product preparation, transporting equipment, breakdown, securing permits, and general studio organization. Identify and solve or escalate issues relating to production and logistics, which impact, quality, or accuracy. Work closely with the Video Production Coordinator to find efficiencies between photography and video productions. On-board new production team members with proper training protocols. Act as primary liaison between shipping service providers and our Merchandise team. What You Bring 5+ years of related experience in a photo/video production environment with emphasis on product and model talent. Broad knowledge of the photo/video production process and terminology.
