Operator, 2nd Shift, 22hr+
Join a dynamic team dedicated to manufacturing rubber linings for tanks and tankers. As an Operator, you will oversee various production lines, including Grinders, Mixers, Mills, Compounding, Calendars, and Hoists. You will document nonconformances and discarded parts, follow mixing schedules and measurements, utilize scan guns for material tracking, load silos with ingredients, and maintain a clean and safe work area while adhering to safety policies. Responsibilities
Oversee production lines including Grinders, Mixers, Mills, Compounding, Calendars, and Hoists. Document nonconformances and discarded parts. Follow appropriate mixing schedule and measurements. Utilize scan guns to track material in and out of the facility. Load silos with proper ingredients. Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times. Follow all applicable safety policies and procedures. Essential Skills
Ability to work safely and follow all safety policies and procedures. Willingness to work 10-20 hours of overtime per week. Ability to train on day shift before moving to night shift. Experience or willingness to learn forklift operation. Experience in mixing, compounding, or rubber production. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Ability to lift 50+ lbs throughout the shift. Skill in reading measurements and performing basic calculations. Previous mixing/compounding experience is a plus. Previous forklift experience is a plus. Previous ERP experience is a plus. Why Work Here?

The pay range for this position is $21.53 - $22.03/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
