Services Engagement Expert
SAP America, Inc. seeks a Services Engagement Expert at our Newtown Square, PA location to lead Premium Engagement program. Expectations and tasks include: Lead analysis of customer situation/requirements, including business requirements, program/project, IT, transformational, architecture, development, infrastructure, and operational topics. Lead engagement planning of Premium Engagement services to customer situation/requirements, solutions, create a value proposition, secure customer alignment, contracts, including working with account teams, solution or industry experts, partners, executives, and delivery support teams. Lead engagement quality and execution of Premium Engagement services, including governance, top issue/escalation management, executive reporting & presentations, resource staffing, procurement, contract management, and services delivery. Lead engineering services or resources for end-to-end projects or focused phased activities, including design, optimization, assessment, technical integration, validation, operations, escalations, empower training, and workshops. Education and occupational experience: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, or a related field of study and seven (7) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation. Alternatively, a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, or a related field of study and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Qualifications/skills and competencies experience: Experience must involve five (5) years in the following: SAP Premium Engagements Programs, Value Assurance, ActiveAttention, MaxAttention Delivery SAP Premium Engagements Service Portfolio: SAP MaxAttention Integration Validation Service SAP Premium Engagement Service Portfolio: Architecture services, Planning service, Design Services Customer Project Escalation SAP Support, CIM, MCC, Backoffice Experience must involve three (3) years in the following: SAP Digital Transformation Planning and Innovation SAP S/4HANA, HANA SAP BASIS SAP RISE Travel: Position requires up to 60% domestic or international travel to unanticipated customer sites for end-to-end engagement model and service line delivery.
