Full Time | 8:00am - 5:00pm | Monday - Friday Expected starting wage range is $203,934.37 - $251,978.83. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements. The ideal candidate for the VP Planning & Implementation is an individual who is a strong complement to the Telecare culture and exhibits behaviors that demonstrate alignment with Telecare's values. The Vice President Planning & Implementation needs to be able to regularly interact with customers and ensure awareness of Telecare's commitment to both delivering high-quality care and fiscal responsibility. The ideal leader for Telecare is someone that has a high level of self-awareness, seeks, and integrates feedback from others and is able to reflect on matters that impact those around them. The VP Planning & Implementation is responsible for the development, implementation, and management of large-scale strategic projects. A critical aspect of this role is to ensure consistent and effective integration of initiatives that have broad impact across the organization, including planning, change management, and the achievement of strategic KPIs. They will oversee best practice project management frameworks, standards, and methodologies for the enterprise as well as drive cross-functional initiatives through coordination and collaboration across Telecare. Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree in project management, engineering, business, finance, statistics, analytics, or relevant subject Eight (8) or more years of progressive responsibility and professional experience in project management, lean transformation, continuous improvement, internal audit, or related field Experience in a leadership position with the ability to manage a cross-disciplinary team in a matrix environment Demonstrated proficiency in change management, project planning, research, and analysis Broad knowledge of project management methodologies and tools Understanding of systems, development methodologies, systems architecture, data management, compliance, and tools and processes that support business systems, especially within a healthcare organization Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships at all levels within the company Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, technical documentation, and business presentations Must be at least 18 years of age All opportunities at Telecare are contingent upon successful completion and receipt of acceptable results of the applicable post-offer physical examination, 2-step PPD test for tuberculosis, acceptable criminal background clearances, excluded party sanctions, and degree or license verification. If the position requires driving, a valid driver's license, a motor vehicle clearance, and proof of auto insurance is required at time of employment and must be maintained throughout employment. Additional regulatory, contractual, or local requirements may apply. Preferred: Master's degree or MBA; or project management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM, CSM, etc.) or other relevant certification (business analysis, process improvement, etc.) Six (6) or more years of relevant project management team leadership experience Strong analytical skillset, detail orientation, and excellent verbal and oral communication skills across multiple lines of business Essential Functions Employee Engagement Demonstrates the Telecare mission, purpose, values and beliefs in everyday language and contact with the internal and external stakeholders. Establish and manage the Strategic Implementation team in alignment with Telecare's strategic plan as well as industry best practices, guidelines, quality standards, and company requirements. Create an engaging team culture that has a continuous learning environment focused on delivering business value. Customer Satisfaction Provide support the Development function with coordination and decision process support during the strategic business planning process. Facilitate the establishment of and coordinate the implementation plan needed to deliver the enterprise strategic plan. o Ensure the strategic priorities have a three-year operational plan that allows management to monitor impact and progress. o Incorporate and align the clinical, people, customer, and financial cross-functional plans required to deliver on complex goals. o Coordinate the annual review and alignment with the executive team on the Enterprise Scorecard and Dashboard metrics. Makes use of management practices that include empowerment of staff, the provision of clear and concise expectations regarding duties assigned employees, frequent feedback focusing on both positive and problematic aspects of work performance, and other management practices that are consistent with Continuous Quality Improvement. Promotes and maintains professional and effective relationships and communications within the department and with other departments. Financial Security Lead and facilitate the planning process for strategic priorities essential to the company's growth. o Facilitate cross functional decision making and problem solving to manage risks, remove obstacles, and resolve conflict between initiatives monitoring for change readiness and optimizing strategic initiative swim lanes. o Ensure effective short and long-term implementation of goals by identifying and raising barriers to the executive team with proposed solutions. o Collaboratively establish and monitor project performance KPI's, making course corrections as necessary. Establish and manage the Strategic Implementation team in alignment with Telecare's strategic plan as well as industry best practices, guidelines, quality standards, and company requirements. o Create an engaging team culture that has a continuous learning environment focused on delivering business value. Establish project management standards, tools, and processes. Apply change management methodology for large scale projects collaborating with HR on best practice tools and processes. o Support HR in the organization's adoption of formal change management processes. Lead strategic continuous improvement initiatives. Deliver enterprise programs and projects to achieve Telecare's strategic business goals. Proactively communicate strategy, plans, and status updates to executive and project stakeholders. o Identify and coordinate staff and internal resources to support project deliverables. o Support and partner with finance on the development and oversight of project budgets. o Evaluate and refine the action planning process timely in order to meet desired outcomes.
