Business Development Representative
Addison Group is seeking three driven Business Development Representatives for our clientan established, growing organization in the distribution and manufacturing space. Headquartered locally and in operation since the early 1970s, the company offers full-lifecycle solutions including equipment rentals, inventory management, calibration, and eProcurement. With over 1,000 employees nationwide and a modern, collaborative office in North Richland Hills, they are committed to a culture of innovation, support, and growth. As a Business Development Representative, you'll be responsible for managing an assigned territory and driving growth through proactive outreach, strategic prospecting, and consultative selling. This is a high-volume, inside sales role that requires strong communication skills, a hunter mentality, and a passion for technical product solutions. Key Responsibilities: Conduct high-volume outbound cold calling and follow-ups to build and grow a sales pipeline Engage prospective and existing clients to identify business challenges and provide tailored solutions Present solutions through virtual and in-person meetings using product materials and demonstrations Negotiate contracts and close deals in alignment with gross profit goals Collaborate with internal sales leadership and cross-functional teams to support national revenue targets Maintain account ownership including forecasting, tracking activities in CRM, and delivering consistent outreach Build and maintain relationships with key vendor and manufacturing partners Stay up to date on industry trends, customer needs, and market dynamics Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of high-volume inside sales experience (distribution or manufacturing environment preferred) Strong understanding of product-based sales and technical solutions Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Salesforce experience a plus) Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Highly motivated, self-driven, and able to thrive in a collaborative environment Industry experience with electronic manufacturing is a plus Additional Details: Start Date: ASAP Type: Direct Hire (3 openings) Work Hours: 8:00 AM
